FAQ
Questions, answered
How long does it take?
Most homes take about 1 to 2 weeks from your photos to your door: a few days to model and send your preview, then printing, finishing and shipping once you approve. Rush options may be available for gifts with a deadline.
How accurate is it?
Very close. With plans or photos of every side we capture the roofline, windows, doors, porches and proportions. Tiny details like gutters or house numbers are simplified so they print cleanly at your chosen size.
You see the exact model before we print, so there are no surprises.
Can I give it as a gift?
Absolutely, it's one of the most-loved uses. Popular ideas: a housewarming gift, a realtor closing gift for new homeowners, or a memorial of a childhood home or a grandparent's house. We can ship straight to the recipient with a gift note.
What if I only have one photo?
Send it anyway. We'll model the visible side faithfully and fill in the rest in the same style. An address or Street View link helps a lot, and old family photos of a childhood home are welcome.
Can I approve it before printing?
Yes, always. We send a 3D preview you can spin around on your phone. Request changes as needed, and we only start printing after you say it's perfect.
